Terms of Sale

Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern sales of products made on ruhkun.com between RUHKUN, 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France, SIRET 897 997 532 00022 (the “Seller”), and any person placing an order (the “Customer”).

Article 2 – Products

Our products are described as accurately as possible. Photos are as faithful as possible, but minor differences cannot bind the Seller.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Shipping costs, if any, are shown before the order is confirmed. The Seller may change its prices at any time; products are charged at the price in force when the order is placed.

Article 4 – Orders

The Customer confirms the order after checking the contents of the cart. Confirming the order means accepting these Terms of Sale. A confirmation email is sent once payment has been received.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is made online by card or any other method offered. Transactions are secure and encrypted. The order is processed once payment has been confirmed.

Article 6 – Delivery

Products are delivered to the address given by the Customer, within the times set out on our Shipping page. Any delays cannot give rise to cancellation or compensation, unless the law provides otherwise.

Article 7 – Right to cancel

The Customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to cancel the order, without giving any reason, in accordance with the applicable consumer law (in the United Kingdom, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). The product must be returned in its original condition. Return costs are paid by the Customer. The refund is made within 14 days of the product being received back.

Article 8 – Statutory rights

All products are covered by the Customer's statutory rights, including, in the United Kingdom, those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a product is faulty, the Customer may obtain a repair, a replacement or a refund.

Article 9 – Personal data

The data collected is needed to process the order. The Customer may access, correct or delete their data by writing to contact@ruhkun.com.

Article 10 – Governing law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Customers living in the United Kingdom keep the benefit of the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where they live. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable solution, the competent courts will have jurisdiction.
