30 days to change your mind

If your ruhkun StormHook™ umbrella isn't right for you, you have 30 days to send it back to us.

Return conditions

• The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.
• Your request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to return

1. Email us at contact@ruhkun.com with your order number.
2. We send you the return address and the steps to follow.
3. Once we have received and checked the product, we issue your refund.

Refunds

Refunds are made within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method, once the return has been received and checked.

Right of withdrawal

Under European consumer law, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Our 30-day policy goes beyond that requirement.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the product is faulty or we made a mistake.
