Returns & refunds

If your ruhkun StormHook™ umbrella isn't right for you, you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to send it back to us.

Return conditions

The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. Your request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to return

1. Email us at contact@ruhkun.com with your order number.
2. We send you the return address and the steps to follow.
3. Once we have received and checked the product, we issue your refund.

Items sent back without a prior return request cannot be processed.

Refunds

Refunds are made within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method, once the return has been received and checked.

Your statutory right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. Our 30-day return policy goes beyond this requirement and does not affect your statutory rights.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the product is faulty or damaged, or we made a mistake with your order.

Faulty or damaged items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email us at contact@ruhkun.com and we will cover the cost of sending it back. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
