1. Who we are
The website ruhkun.com is operated by Louis Alexandre Oumar Sar, a sole trader (entrepreneur individuel) trading as RUHKUN, 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France, registered in Paris under SIREN 897 997 532 (“we”, “us”). You can contact us at contact@ruhkun.com.
These Terms of Service apply to every visit to our website and every order placed on it. By placing an order, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Products
We describe our products as accurately as possible. Photos are as faithful as possible, but minor differences in colour or appearance may occur depending on your screen.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Shipping costs, if any, are shown before you pay. We may change our prices at any time; your order is charged at the price shown when you place it.
4. Orders
You place your order after checking the contents of your cart. We send you an email confirmation once payment has been received. We may refuse or cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or if the product is unavailable; in that case you are fully refunded.
5. Payment
Payment is made online by card or any other method offered at checkout. Transactions are secure and encrypted. Your order is processed once payment has been confirmed.
6. Delivery
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom. Orders are delivered to the address you provide, within the times set out on our Shipping page. Every order ships with tracking.
7. Returns and your right to cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. We also offer a 30-day return period. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product is faulty or we made a mistake. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
8. Your statutory rights
Our products are covered by your statutory rights, including those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a product is faulty, you may be entitled to a repair, a replacement or a refund. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
9. Use of the website
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with its operation and not to attempt to access it by automated means without our permission. All content on this website (text, images, logo and the RUHKUN brand) is protected by intellectual property law and may not be reproduced without our prior consent.
10. Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
11. Personal data
We use your personal data to process your order, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to contact@ruhkun.com.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the website when you place it.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. If you live in the United Kingdom, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection rules of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
